Core4ce has an opportunity with a mission critical IC Sponsor for a Systems Engineer Position. This Sponsor organization plays a significant role in the highly optimized mission-ready data conditioning and delivery systems in support of mission analytics. A Full Scope Polygraph is required for this position, no exceptions. 

Responsibilities

• Serve as an effective liaison between the detailed tasking performed by the engineers and technical leadership
• Perform data analysis and design inspection to solve element and system level issues
• Communicate engineering requirements to developers
• Collaborate on solutions to overcome implementation constraints

Requirements

• Full Scope Polygraph 
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating, designing, developing, and coordinating on Intelligence Community technology standards, specification development/validation
• Interoperable exchange mechanisms across IC. This would include XML, XACML, XSLT, XPATH, Schematron, RDF, OWL, Oxygen XML Editor, DocBook, UML, OCL, JSON (and associated transformation machinery associated with any of these).  

Highly Desired Skills

• Demonstrated experience with AI applications, evaluations, analysis, security, integrity, etc. especially as applied to IC standards, implementations, and data sources.
