Responsibilities:

  • MuleSoft Integration Development: Design and develop APIs, integrations, and services using MuleSoft Anypoint Studio and related technologies.
  • API Lifecycle & Best Practices: Create, publish, and maintain reusable APIs using MuleSoft best practices.
  • Kubernetes & Container Operations: Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain containerized applications within Kubernetes environments to ensure high availability and stability.
  • On-Premises & Linux Management: Manage on-premises infrastructure deployments and leverage deep Linux operation system knowledge for system administration, performance tuning, shell scripting, and troubleshooting workloads.
  • CI/CD & Deployment Pipelines: Build, optimize, and manage automated CI/CD pipeline deployments for seamless code delivery from development through staging to production.
  • PCE Application Ownership: Take charge of deploying and updating the PCE application. (Note: If you haven't worked with PCE directly before, we provide the documentation, runway, and peer support to help you learn and execute the process successfully, just as previous team members have done!)
  • Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical issues across hybrid (cloud and on-prem) MuleSoft and containerized integrations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, architects, Salesforce engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Develop white papers, security/compliance documents, and maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, and APIs.
  • Security Implementation: Implement security best practices, including API security, OAuth, data encryption, and Zero Trust principles.
  • Continuous Growth: Stay up to date with MuleSoft updates, emerging integration trends, and best practices. (This position is designed to be flexible, with responsibilities evolving to meet business needs and enable individual growth.)
