Technical Engineer (SETAA)

Core4ce is seeking a Technical Engineer (SETA) to support our Springfield, VA team. The ideal candidate can work independently, assess policy and organizational direction, and deliver clear analysis through white papers, briefings, and other products.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze policy and provide timely written and verbal recommendations.
- Evaluate research performance metrics and collaborate with scientific teams.
- Coordinate test and evaluation activities, including training materials and test plans.
- Support the transition of research into operational environments.
- Work with IC and DoD partners on research initiatives.
- Prepare and present technical briefings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Plan, track, and report progress on complex technical projects; coordinate technical meetings and working groups.
Qualifications:
- 13+ years with a MA/MS or 15+ years with a BA/BS in a relevant discipline.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with: - Research assessment and scientific collaboration
- Test & evaluation coordination
- IC/DoD research engagement
- Technical communication
- Technical project planning and tracking
