Comagine Health is looking for a Program Coordinator support our Care Management team in Oregon. We’re proud to have been selected by the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) to provide statewide eligibility determination, service coordination, medical appropriateness reviews, and transition planning for individuals diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI). In partnership with OHA, Comagine Health is committed to ensuring that individuals with SPMI receive the right care in the right setting based their specific needs. Which brings us to why you might take on this challenge. Let’s start with:

 

As our Program Coordinator you would provide a variety of non-clinical programmatic and customer service support that includes:

  • Verifying individuals’ general eligibility for services.
  • Entering requests for services from a variety of sources into the medical management system.
  • Tracking and processing referrals, authorizations, and appeals documentation.
  • Scheduling in-person appointments for clients with clinical staff.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with co-workers and the public.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities; demonstrated ability to take initiative and solve problems.
  • Ability to work remotely without undue interruption during core hours (generally 8 am to 5 pm Pacific Time).

    Candidates must reside in Oregon to be considered.


Required Experience

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Post-secondary education or certification in a related field preferred.
