Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to the CO with preparation of contracts and modifications, distribute contract documentation, provide database support and computer applications, support contract closeout, collect data for audit and/or report requests, coordinate with other Government agencies, coordinate with DFAS, create, retrieve and request contracting reports, produce copies of acquisition documentation, prepare source selection material for weapon system contractor contracts, and track contract milestones
- Use software programs/databases to include, but not limited to: Contracting Writing System (ConWrite), Con-IT, FedBizOps, Electronic Document Access (EDA), Federal Procurement Data System-Next Generation (FPDS-NG), AF Data Services, etc.
- May be required to learn to use other commercial or specialized computer applications

Required Experience
One of the following combinations of education/experience:

- BA/BS, ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, three (3) of which must be in the DoD
- HS Diploma, fifteen (15) years of directly related experience, five (5) of which must be in the DoD.
- U.S. Citizenship required; Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance required.
