COLSA is seeking a detail-oriented Program Control Analyst to support financial planning, execution, and reporting for contracts managed out of our Dayton, Ohio office.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs program set-up, planning and control
- Participates in budget preparation and monitoring of expenses
- Participates in preparing estimates and cost proposals
- Prepares contract work authorizations
- Performs cost and schedule variance analysis and provides resulting recommendations
- Prepares manpower and non-labor forecasts and assists in resource planning
- Prepares or assists with preparation of cost-to-complete

Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years related experience in budgeting, financial analysis, program control, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends and variances
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- U.S. Citizenship required; Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance may be required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of government contract funding and financial management processes
- Experience supporting DoD or federal government contracts
- Experience with contract types such as Cost-Plus, T&M, and Firm Fixed Price
- Experience supporting Program Managers directly
- Active DoD security clearance (Secret or higher)
