Join COLSA’s Intelligent Automation Services (IAS) team in supporting the NASA Shared Services Center. We’re looking for an Intelligent Automation Developer to help streamline business operations by designing, building, and maintaining automation solutions that replace manual processes. This role blends development, analysis, and customer engagement—ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems with modern tools and working independently in a mission-driven environment.
Primary Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Creates and maintains logic/code for automations that will interact with multiple internal and external applications
- Attend process design sessions with Business Analysts for process identification and feasibility analysis of new bot opportunities
- Design, develop and deploy a variety of automations including creating and maintaining solution documentation such as Solution Description Document (SDD) or Process Definition Document (PDD)
- Support, maintain and troubleshoot issues with deployed automations
- Follow proper software engineering and configuration management processes
- Contribute to structured peer reviews and code reviews
- Ensure best practices are being followed at each stage of SDLC
- Support automation implementation from development lifecycle to successful deployment

Required Experience
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Hands-on experience developing automation solutions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop logical, scalable automation solutions
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including experience working directly with analysts and end users
- Proven problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Familiarity with core computing concepts and software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Ability to accurately estimate level of effort and consistently meet deadlines
- U.S. Citizenship required; must be able to undergo a background investigation for a position of Public Trust
- Must currently reside within commuting distance of Stennis Space Center, MS
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building automations utilizing Microsoft Power Platform desired
