We are hiring for a Mid Level Data Analyst to perform analysis on information from various sources and prepare accurate reports, summaries, and replies to inquiries. This role manages data compilation, cataloging, distribution, and retrieval, and participates in ad hoc data projects to provide actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze information from multiple sources to prepare documents, reports, and summaries.
- Manage the compilation, cataloging, caching, distribution, and retrieval of data.
- Participate in ad hoc data projects and analyses to produce actionable insights.
- Collect data and run basic reports in response to client inquiries.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand client requirements and develop analytical solutions.
- Accurately enter data into databases, documents, and spreadsheets.
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, math, statistics, operations research, business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Experience in data analysis and report preparation.
- Strong skills in data management and retrieval.
- Proficiency in database and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to produce actionable insights from data analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Active TS/SCI clearance required; U.S. Citizenship required
Preferred Certifications:
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Splunk Core Certified Power User
- ITIL v4 Practice Manager (PM)
- Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate
