- Leads a team of junior developers in the area of Intelligent Automation Services (IAS) support. Knowledge of transformational IAS capabilities include macro writing, scripting, robotic process automation (RPA), advanced analytics, virtual agents, and machine learning, among other emerging technologies is required.
- Communicates with all levels of technical and management to brief complex technical discussions at all levels of the organization (Sr Leaders, functional personnel, technical IT staff, etc.).
- Works with emerging technologies in the areas of IA, ML, RPA, Data structures, and cloud services.
- Develops business case development models and agile development.
- Ensures quality of products and work processes.
- Performs a wide variety of audits and inspections, including those that are complex, to ensure desired required standards are met.
- Applies comprehensive knowledge concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments.
- Determine methods, sequences, and procedures necessary for quality control and quality assurance
- Reviews a variety of documentation for compliance with quality requirements *
- Assists in routine analysis of software designs
- Responsible for obtaining user information to develop software specifications *
- Assists in the preparation of software specifications *
- Responsible for analyzing test results on software *
- Assists in creating charts and graphs used in data analysis
- May be responsible for developing and maintaining databases

Required Experience
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of relevant work experience.
- Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs
- Excellent communication skills to brief and lead complex technical discussions at all levels of the organization (Sr Leaders, functional personnel, technical IT staff, etc.).
- Working knowledge of emerging technologies in the areas of IA, ML, RPA, Data structures, and cloud services.
- Working knowledge of business case development models and agile development.
- Knowledge of transformational IAS capabilities include macro writing, scripting, robotic process automation (RPA), advanced analytics, virtual agents, and machine learning, among other emerging technologies
- This position requires the selected candidate to reside within commuting distance of Stennis Space Center in MS.
Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of the NASA Shared Services Automation Tools, environment, and processes
