Provide training evaluations that include assessments of and recommendations for improvements to system training, training equipment, simulator requirements, technical documentation, and equipment and simulator designs. Within the C3I&N Directorate, “simulator” is generally understood as a device or software that assists with training, such as web-based or computer-based training software or systems.
· Support training required to execute test activities
· Assist with the delivery of operational and maintenance training
· Support the development of program specific handbooks and training courses (including computer-based training)
· Assists in training, implementation and execution of policies, practices, and procedures through various venues, working groups, IPTs, independent assessment visits, consultation visits, and tailored instruction

Required Experience
One of the following combinations of education and experience:
-
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, 5 years of which must be in the DoD
- High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 18-20 years of directly related experience, 8 of which must be in the DoD.
- Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI
