- Responsible for the technical performance and management of all of the services supported under Shared Services Administration Office in support of NASA'S Shared Services Center (NSSC).*
- Skilled in continuous improvement methodologies; adept at change management; excellent leadership and personnel management skills; and well versed in performance measurement and tracking.*
- Reports to a more-senior-level Project Manager or Program Manager

Required Experience
Required Qualificaitons
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of functional area experience to include at least 3 years of direct project management experience
- Must have knowledge of processes related to records management, metrics management of service delivery, contract support logistics, oversight of general business support, survey management, and customer relationship management
- U.S. Citizenship required; Current and active Public Trust
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC)
- Prior experience with procurement, human resources, and other business units supported by NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC).
- FAR Fundamentals Certification and Contract Management Certification
