General Summary
Develops and assists in implementation of quality programs for hardware, software, and service products.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops quality control initiatives/processes for hardware, software, and service products.
- Responsible for functions such as software and hardware testing, analytical quality control, verification of manufacturing systems, and document updates, and quality audits.
- Responsible for the implementation of and compliance reporting with applicable ISO standards.
- Manages documentation for product return and repair. Documents product problems in collaboration with a multi-functional team.
- Writes documentation of the existing processes and makes updates to them as necessary.
- May assist in the review and evaluation of product performance

Required Experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or related discipline.
- Two or more years of related work experience
- Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
- Familiarity with soldering, harness manufacturing and testing, and inspection of printed circuit boards.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance; US Citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and government property audits preferred
- Familiarity or certification in IPC J-STD-001, IPC WHMA-A610, IPC WHMA-A620, IPC 7711/21 also preferred
- Secret Clearance
