Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)
- Applies Expert-level knowledge and experience in financial management and accounting practices and principles.
- Applies expert knowledge of concepts, processes, practices and procedures on technical assignments.
- Expert skills in using the systems that support financial management services.
- Supervisory position that oversees data entry and entry of IPAC invoices.
- Process working capital fund advances.
- Reconcile SAP transactions to Treasury and daily resolve outstanding differences.
- Run and process FBwT, CMPs and 224s. Prepare Treasury Account Symbol and Business Event Type Code reclassifications for Treasury reporting.
- Support all internal and external audits.
- Monitor all disbursements in transit.
- Reports to Functional Manager and Civil Servant counterpart as needed.

Required Experience
One of the following combinations of education/experience:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field and 12 years of related experience
- High school diploma and 15 years of related experience
- Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database software packages
- U.S. Citizenship required; must be able to undergo background check for position of NASA Public Trust.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with NASA Financial systems is preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience
