General Summary: Provides the development and delivery of training material in support of Informational Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) systems. May involve travel to customer sites to provide up-to-date training to users.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)

· Develops and implements training curriculum, demonstrations, and practical applications for IT and OT equipment.
· Conducts online and/or onsite training sessions.
· Updates training material to ensure relevance and timeliness based on directives.
· Develops and maintains records of training.
· Evaluates the effectiveness of training relative to objectives outlined per site.

Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 10-14 years of training experience or related experience is required
- Ability to obtain/maintain a SECRET security clearance; US citizenship required
- Strong working knowledge of Facility Related Control Systems and Operational Technology
- Familiarity with Army Regulations to include, but not limited to Army Regulation 25-1, Army Regulation 25-2, DODI 8500.01, ERDC SR-19-5
- Skilled user of Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfortable with public speaking while possessing a documented history of being open and effective communicators
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility in changing directions and priorities
- Ability to travel to CONUS and/or OCONUS customer sites
Preferred Qualifications
- Military experience as an instructor in any field, preferably IT/OT or cybersecurity
- Database experience a plus
