COLSA is teamed with one of only five prime awardees the 10-year, $4.7 billion NOVASTAR contract supporting the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), WPAFB, Ohio and we're seeking candidates to join our team! 

NOVASTAR involves research, development, sustainment, and production across all of NASIC‘s missions and disciplines for USAF, DoD, and national level intelligence efforts, supporting the creation, evaluation, and analysis of intelligence data on foreign developments in current and future weapon systems, subsystems, and technologies.

We are seeking engineers with expertise in areas such as:

  • Modeling & Simulation
  • Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
  • Software Development & Software Engineering
  • All Source Threat Aircraft Engineering

*Positions are contingent upon task order award

Required Experience

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or physics
  • Active TS/SCI clearance required
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in support of intelligence community (IC)

The salary range, if referenced, represents a good faith estimate. COLSA considers various factors when determining base salary offers, but not limited to, location, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
