COLSA Corporation is seeking candidates for positions at Hill AFB, Utah in support of a contract that will provide systems engineering and integration support services for intercontinental ballistic missiles. The expected duration of the work is eighteen (18) years!
• Provides general logistics support in acquisition and sustainment
• Reviews, develops, validates, analyzes and updates publications (Operation Manuals, Maintenance Manuals, Modification Instructions, Technical Instructions, SL-3’s and Special Instructions)
• Drafts and reviews Statements of Work for various client components
• Provides coordination and management of various systems and processes as required
• Assists in initial provisioning and fielding of new equipment to include new equipment asset management and inventory control
• Provides assistance in the management of the program forspares, repair parts, and suppliesto meet requirements
• Ensures quality assurance is managed by utilizing the Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDRs) and providing immediate resolutions
• Ensures proper documentation
• Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts and may have supervisory responsibilities
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Experience
Required Qualifications
Active Secret clearance required; some positions may require Top Secret/SCI
Education and experience requirements subject to contract and/or internal labor category requirements. Positions may be filled at varying skill-levels.
Principal Equipment Specialist
One of the following combinations of education/experience:
- BA or BS degree in STEM-related field + 15 years of experience
- MS degree + 12 years of experience
- PHD + 9 years of experience
Senior Equipment Specialist
One of the following combinations of education/experience:
- BA or BS degree in STEM-related field + 10 years of experience
- MS degree + 7 years of experience
- PHD + 4 years of experience
Equipment Specialist
One of the following combinations of education/experience:
- BA or BS degree in STEM-related field + 4 years of experience
- MS degree + 2 years of experience
- PHD + 1 years of experience
Junior Equipment Specialist
- BA or BS degree; entry-level
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in support of Minuteman III (MMIII) and Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) ICBMs.
