Te Whiwhinga Mahi | The Opportunity

Chorus is seeking a Regulatory Analyst to join our General Counsel Office (GCO), where you'll play a pivotal role in influencing the regulatory settings that underpin 90% of our revenue. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of commercial strategy and regulatory frameworks in a dynamic, competitive environment.

Unlike traditional regulated firms, Chorus operates in a hybrid space - part monopoly, part competitive market - making our regulatory challenges more complex and rewarding. You’ll be part of a team that’s not just tweaking existing frameworks but rethinking how regulation can better support innovation, efficiency, and customer value.

You’ll contribute to strategic initiatives, including:

  • Leading and supporting expenditure proposals.

  • Modelling revenue scenarios and drafting persuasive regulatory submissions.
