At Chorus, we believe that great employee experiences drive great customer outcomes. As a People Experience Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our People & Culture team, helping to shape the journey of every Chorus employee, from recruitment to offboarding and everything in between.

As part of our People Experience Centre of Excellence, this role drives improvements and provides outstanding support on a wide range of P&C activity. This includes the full employee life cycle, recruitment coordination, HRIS systems & processes, contract generation, general enquiries as well as supporting the People Experience and Talent Acquisition team with projects and continuous improvement work that deliver against Chorus’s People Strategy. Our Centre of Excellence is dedicated to providing seamless and efficient service, making us easy to do business with while continuously improving what we do and how we do it.

Types of work you will be undertaking: 

  • Support our new Success Factors HRIS system and help our people self-serve
  • Be the go-to expert for recruitment coordination, contract generation, HR systems, and employee lifecycle support
  • Deliver seamless, high-quality service to our people leaders and employees
  • Support exciting projects and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with our People Strategy.

Ō Wheako, ō Pūkenga | Your Experience 

To shine in this role, you’ll be flexible, hands on and solutions-oriented:

  • 3+ years in a HR Advisory/Support role
  • Tech-savvy with HRIS experience (ideally Success Factors)
  • A customer-first mindset and a love for helping others
  • A sharp eye for detail and a drive for continuous improvement
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to proactively manage expectations
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
