Te Whiwhinga Mahi | The Opportunity 
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Infrastructure Sales to lead our sales strategy across a high-growth, mission critical portfolio. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with our broader business goals, while driving revenue, customer satisfaction, and market expansion. Reporting directly to the Executive GM of Infrastructure, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our Infrastructure offering. 
 
You will create and lead a high-performing sales team, provide strategic guidance, and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Collaborating closely with the Infrastructure Leadership Team and cross-functional stakeholders, you'll ensure sales initiatives are aligned across the business and positioned for success. You’ll also serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, offering insights on competitive dynamics, customer needs, and market trends. 
 
You’ll also play a key part in customer engagement, supporting major deals, having high-level conversations, and representing the business at events and in the market. If you’re a strategic thinker with strong sales leadership experience and enjoy inspiring high-performing teams, this is a great opportunity to drive impact in a growth-focused environment. 
 
Ō Wheako, ō Pūkenga | Your Experience 
A strong candidate will bring deep expertise in the connectivity and colocation space, a proven track record of driving complex enterprise sales, and a passion for delivering high-impact results. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited about building lasting client relationships, overseeing strategic proposals, and influencing industry direction. 
 
You will bring to the role: 
• 10+ years of experience in strategic sales, ideally in telecommunications, IT, or a related B2B industry 
• A proven track record of hitting sales targets and driving growth through smart sales strategies 
• Experience mentoring, and developing successful sales teams 
• Strong, existing relationships with key customers and channel partners 
• Hands-on experience creating and managing RFPs and RFIs, with a history of winning deals 
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills 
• A customer-first mindset and the ability to design tailored, solution-focused proposals 
• Strong analytical thinking, you’re comfortable using data to guide choices 
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and other sales performance tools 
• The ability to stay focused, flexible, and proactive in a fast-moving environment
