Te Whiwhinga Mahi | The Opportunity
As a Product Manager for a range of Colocation and Edge Centre products in our Infrastructure team, you’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of these offerings, shaping their strategy, development, launch, ongoing optimisation, simplification and end-of-life. You’ll work across teams to ensure these products meet customer needs, align with business goals, and remain at the forefront in this ever-changing market.

In this role, you’ll drive the roadmap and day-to-day management of the portfolio, building new products, evolving existing ones, and simplifying where needed. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, technology, delivery squads, and channel partners to bring ideas to life, manage delivery trade-offs, and make sure the right solutions reach the right customers at the right time.

You’ll also play a key role in understanding market trends, analysing performance, and using customer feedback to guide improvements. If you’re someone who enjoys owning products end-to-end, loves working at the intersection of business and technology, and is passionate about delivering real value to customers—this is a great opportunity to make a big impact.

Ō Wheako, ō Pūkenga | Your Experience
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring solid product experience, ideally in tech, telco, or data centre environments, and the ability to front initiatives from concept to delivery in a collaborative setting.

You have:

  • 5–7 years of experience in product management, change, or development roles
  • Experience working in a cross-functional or squad-based delivery model
  • A track record of taking new products or changes from idea through to launch
  • Strong communication skills, you can clearly share ideas with both technical and non-technical teams
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to balance user needs and business goals
  • Great problem-solving and analytical thinking—you use data to guide decisions
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities and stakeholders without direct authority
  • Experience creating clear reports, roadmaps, and stakeholder updates
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, changing environments
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and improve based on feedback

Not sure that you meet all the requirements? If you still think you could be great for the role, we encourage you to apply!
