Te Whiwhinga Mahi | The Opportunity
We’re looking for 2 seasoned Proposition Leads to shape and deliver innovative solutions across two critical growth areas in our infrastructure business: data centre connectivity and existing market infrastructure such as cellsite connectivity, Layer 2 Enterprise access, national and regional backhaul and colocation services.

This is a unique opportunity to lead end-to-end proposition development — from identifying customer needs and market opportunities, through to building, launching, and refining high-value offerings that drive commercial impact.
In the data centre space, you’ll help us grow our presence with Hyperscalers, Enterprise customers, and Channel Partners, delivering next-gen solutions like Express Connect and Edge Centre Expand. For our existing infrastructure markets, you’ll define what we offer, why it matters, and how it delivers value across our B2B ecosystem.

You’ll work in a cross-functional GTM (go to market) squad, collaborating with product, , sales, CX, and marketing teams to create technically sound, commercially viable, and customer-first propositions. Ō Wheako, ō Pūkenga | Your Experience
You bring a rare mix of strategic thinking, market insight, and commercial delivery. You’ve launched and scaled B2B propositions in complex industries and know how to lead through ambiguity and change.

To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

  • 10+ years in commercial, marketing, or financial roles, ideally in telco, IT, or infrastructure-related industries
  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Finance, or similar (or equivalent experience)
  • A proven track record of launching and optimising B2B propositions that drive growth and engagement
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile or squad-based environments
  • A strategic and analytical mindset with strong financial acumen (budgeting, business cases, ROI)
  • Deep understanding of B2B infrastructure (including connectivity, colocation, and data centres)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, you influence with clarity
  • Hands-on experience with go-to-market planning and execution
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for turning insight into action
  • The ability to manage change, move at pace, and keep teams focused on delivering value
  • Awareness of regulatory and compliance considerations in tech or telco environments
