You’ll bring:
- Experience inspiring teams in field operations, service delivery, or infrastructure environments
- A good understanding of how work gets done in the field (builds, maintenance, or connecting customers)
- Experience working with contractors or third-party delivery partners
- Confidence handling tricky issues, customer escalations, or outages
- A strong focus on health, safety, and doing things the right way
- A track record of improving how things work—making processes simpler and more effective
- Great communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
- Comfort juggling short-term opportunities while keeping long-term goals in mind
- Ability to demonstrate experience of developing and owning workstream optimisation initiatives including benefit realisation
- Strong experience managing health and safety of direct reports and supplier resources
- Experience of managing complex supplier contracts and performance.
Not sure that you meet all the requirements? If you still think you could be great for the role, we encourage you to apply!
