Te Whiwhinga Mahi | The Opportunity
Step into a role where your expertise will make a real impact. As our Internal Audit Manager, you’ll lead a crucial function that not only ensures compliance but actively improves the way we operate. You’ll oversee and deliver risk-based audits, evaluate internal controls, and offer strategic recommendations that help shape smarter, more resilient operations across the business.
You’ll be part of the CFO office, a team that sits at the heart of strategic financial leadership. Working alongside colleagues across investor relations, strategy, treasury, and customer engagement, your work will contribute directly to strong financial performance, robust risk management, and a culture of accountability.
In this role, you’ll plan and lead audits, identify and assess financial and operational risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to embed process improvements. You’ll guide the business through compliance requirements and provide trusted insights to senior leadership and the Audit and Risk Management Committee. Just as importantly, you’ll play a key role in building awareness and capability around internal controls and risk.
If you’re ready to bring a critical lens, strong judgement, and a collaborative approach to a business that values continuous improvement, this is your next move.
