Are you passionate about turning bold strategies into meaningful outcomes?

At Chorus, we’re looking for a Senior Manager to lead our Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO), a critical role that sits at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and transformation.
In this role, you’ll be the connector, the person who helps us bridge the gap between big-picture ambition and real-world execution. You’ll work alongside Executive Leaders to shape our strategic priorities and guide how these are brought to life across our Value Streams and functions. If you’re someone who thrives in a complex, fast-paced environment and knows how to balance planning, delivery, and continuous improvement, this is your chance to shape how Chorus delivers value, faster, better, and with lasting impact.

You’ll lead our Adaptive Planning Process, from Quarterly Action Planning (QAP) to Enterprise Initiative Prioritisation (EIP), ensuring we stay aligned, adaptable, and focused on what matters most. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders across the business to resolve delivery challenges, drive performance insights, and help Chorus evolve how we deliver to outcomes. You’ll also play a hands-on role in refining our Go-To-Market processes and evolving the way we plan, prioritise, and govern key initiatives. This is more than just a portfolio role; it’s a leadership opportunity to drive Chorus’s transformation and future success. You’ll be empowered to act as a change agent, identify where we can streamline, and embed better ways of working across our cross-functional teams. If you’re ready to make your mark and lead enterprise-wide change that matters, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ve worked in complex environments where adaptive planning is essential, and you know how to drive alignment, make things happen, and keep teams focused on what matters. You’ll be confident engaging at the executive level while rolling up your sleeves to get stuck into the detail when needed.

Here’s what will help you succeed in this role:

  • A strong background leading adaptive PMOs in large, fast-moving organisations
  • A proven track record of aligning strategic initiatives to organisational goals and delivering measurable outcomes
