Te Whiwhinga Mahi | The Opportunity
Join us as a Finance Business Partner for our Infrastructure business unit where you will provide crucial financial insights and analysis, support monthly performance reviews, and assist with business cases, forecasts, and CAPEX projects.
In this role, you'll align financial performance with strategic goals, driving profitability and continuous improvement. You'll be part of the CFO Functional Unit, working closely with Strategy, Investor Relations, Treasury, and more.
Your responsibilities include financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and providing actionable insights. You'll act as a financial advisor, translating data into business insights and identifying growth opportunities. Cost management, profitability analysis, and performance monitoring are key aspects of this role.

Ō Wheako, ō Pūkenga | Your Experience
To excel in this role, you'll need a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills.
Here's what we're looking for:
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, business partnering, or management accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
• Experience in a value stream or operational finance role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA preferred).
• Attention to detail and strong ethical standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple audits simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
