Te Whiwhinga Mahi | The Opportunity 
As the Quality and Records Integrity Manager at Chorus, you’ll lead a team dedicated to maintaining the integrity of our records and the effectiveness of our operations across critical systems and risks. This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll collaborate with senior leaders, internal audit, and external stakeholders to ensure our frameworks and standards support long-term resilience and compliance. 
 
You’ll drive improvements across records management, playing a key role in shaping how Chorus manages its network asset data, supplier performance, and business risk. You’ll also lead the continued development of our quality strategy and annual plans, making sure they align with business priorities and deliver measurable impact. 
 
This is an opportunity to take on a high-impact role with broad scope, where your leadership will help strengthen our approach to quality, information management, and operational excellence across the business. 
 
Ō Wheako, ō Pūkenga | Your Experience 
You’ll bring a strong background in quality or information management, with the confidence to lead strategic programmes, influence at a senior level, and drive continuous improvement across complex systems. 
 
You will bring to the role: 
  • 5–7 years’ experience in quality, records, or information management 
  • A relevant tertiary qualification – ideally in Business, Quality Management, or a related field 
  • Certifications like Six Sigma or ISO 9001 (a plus, not essential) 
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 
  • Confidence working with complex data, reporting, and improvement initiatives 
  • A track record of successful mentorship and collaboration 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire with clarity and trust
