Business Connect Experience Specialist

Te Whiwhinga Mahi | The Opportunity 
As the Business Connect Experience Specialist, you’ll play a key role in improving how business customers connect to the Chorus network. You’ll support projects and initiatives that make the experience smoother and more efficient, from simplifying processes to helping teams deliver better outcomes for customers and users. You’ll work closely with different teams across the business to identify where things can be improved, help plan and prioritise changes and support the delivery of those improvements. Whether it’s running workshops, managing priorities, or making sure the right people are involved, you’ll be central to making sure customer and operational needs are met. 
 
You’ll also represent the Business Connect team in wider squads, helping keep things aligned with strategy and ensuring the right expertise is brought in when needed. If you enjoy working across teams, solving problems, and helping to make systems and services work better for people, this role offers a great opportunity to contribute to real change. 
 
Ō Wheako, ō Pūkenga | Your Experience 
To succeed in this role, you’ll need experience working in operations or delivery, with a strong focus on improving customer experiences and supporting change. 
 
To succeed you will bring to the role: 
  • 3–5+ years’ experience in operations, customer delivery, or change 
  • Worked with retail service providers, service companies, or provisioning processes 
  • A relevant tertiary qualification 
  • Confidence speaking with senior leaders and customers 
  • A strong focus on service and customer outcomes 
  • Experience planning work and managing resources effectively 
  • Skills in improving processes and designing better ways of working 
  • Used tools like Jira, Miro, or similar in project or team environments
