Te Whiwhinga Mahi | The Opportunity
In this role you will lead a cross-functional squad focused on improving the end-to-end experience for customers using our Business Connect services, from order placement to service activation. This role is all about shaping and delivering an experience that’s seamless, efficient, and aligned to the strategic goals of the Infrastructure Value Stream.
You’ll bring together a talented team of programme leads, CX designers, and subject matter experts from across the business to drive continuous improvement in how we connect our customers. Using adaptive ways of working, you’ll help identify and prioritise opportunities, lead discovery and design, and deliver impactful changes that lift both customer satisfaction and operational performance. This is a role where you’ll work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, internally and externally, ensuring the programme stays aligned to business priorities, delivers meaningful outcomes, and communicates progress clearly. Ō Wheako, ō Pūkenga | Your Experience
To do well in this role, you’ll need experience working with teams to deliver services, improve processes, and manage change. You’ll also need to be comfortable leading people and working with different stakeholders.
You’ll bring to the role:
- 3 - 5+ years’ experience in operations or helping deliver new products or services
- Experience collaborating with service companies or retailers to get customers connected
- Confidence in communicating to senior leaders and presenting updates
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on simplifying and enhancing customer experiences
- Experience planning work, setting priorities, and making sure the right resources are in place
- Been involved in improving processes or designing better ways of working
- Some understanding of contracts or working with suppliers
- Proficient in using tools like Jira and Miro for work management and collaboration
