Be the voice of Chorus – where every customer counts.

At Chorus, we’re proud to connect Aotearoa, and we know that great customer service is key to making that connection feel seamless. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for people reaching out across phone, email, web, or social media. You’ll be the one ensuring every interaction is smooth, professional, and genuinely helpful.

You’ll also play a role in supporting wider initiatives and campaigns, staying connected with what’s happening across Chorus. You’ll join our Operate team, our engine room, responsible for delivering a great field experience and keeping our network running at its best. That means we’ll look to you to stay up to date on our products, processes, and tools so you can provide confident, informed support to every customer. This is a role for someone who brings empathy, calm, and professionalism to every conversation. You’ll know how to listen, explain things clearly, and work with others to get results. If you enjoy helping people, love solving problems, and want to be part of a collaborative team with a clear purpose, we’d love to hear from you.
