Te Whiwhinga Mahi | The Opportunity 
You know how to take a strategic idea and turn it into a solid, actionable plan. As the Investment Programmes Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering property optimisation and investment initiatives, making sure they’re backed by robust business cases, clear timelines, and the right people to make them happen. 
 
You’ll work closely with the Property Optimisation Lead and Network Delivery teams, coordinating multiple projects and ensuring each one aligns with broader business goals. From managing contracts to tracking performance, you’ll keep everything on course and moving forward. Your ability to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex programmes will be essential. 
 
If you thrive on cross-functional collaboration, enjoy getting into the detail of programme delivery, and can juggle priorities while keeping the big picture in sight, this is your kind of role. 
 
Ō Wheako, ō Pūkenga | Your Experience 
You’ve worked across large, complex projects and know how to bring strategy to life through clear planning, delivery, and coordination. You’re skilled at developing business cases, managing contracts, and keeping multiple moving parts aligned with the big picture. 
 
Here’s what you’ll need to bring: 
• 7+ years in project management, programme delivery, or strategic planning, ideally in property or infrastructure 
• A strong track record of translating strategy into action with clear, measurable results 
• Hands-on experience managing contracts and delivering cross-functional programmes 
• A degree in Business, Property, Finance, or a related field 
• Sharp project management skills, you know how to manage timelines, budgets, and shifting priorities 
• Skilled at building business cases and making the numbers stack up 
• Comfortable collaborating across teams, from strategy through to operations 
• Able to track performance, report progress, and keep delivery aligned to strategic goals
