Te Whiwhinga Mahi | The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, working cross-functionally, and playing a vital role in enabling strategic initiatives to land successfully in market.

As a Channel Partner Manager at Chorus, you’ll be at the centre of our engagement with key retail partners—supporting some of New Zealand’s biggest consumer and B2B brands. You’ll work closely with the Channel Partner Lead to deliver on shared priorities, drive channel alignment, and ensure that partners’ voices are heard and their objectives reflected in our approach.

In this role, you’ll help connect the dots between partner needs and Chorus strategic direction, translating insights into action, resolving challenges, and helping co-create solutions that deliver value on both sides.

It’s a hands-on, collaborative role where your ability to understand stakeholders, build trust, and communicate clearly will set you up for success. You’ll also have the chance to build relationships across the wider business and contribute to high-impact growth initiatives, all while working in a supportive, values-driven team environment that’s focused on real outcomes.

Ō Wheako, ō Pūkenga | Your Experience

We’re looking for a relationship-driven team player with experience in retail partnerships or customer-facing roles. You’ll be great at translating partner needs and supporting strategic initiatives in a collaborative team.

You’ll bring to the role:

Experience managing partner or stakeholder relationships
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A proactive approach to problem solving
Ability to turn insights into action
Experience in account management of large organisations
