As the Channel Partner Lead – Access at Chorus, you’ll work at the forefront of our business, managing high-value relationships with some of New Zealand’s most well-known retail brands. You’ll be the trusted face of Chorus to our largest channel partners—driving engagement and ensuring our priorities align to create impactful outcomes for both sides. 
 
You’ll operate at a strategic level, working within a cross-functional squad model to push forward growth initiatives and represent partner needs internally, ensuring we deliver solutions that are both innovative and commercially viable.  
 
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, influence, and leading strategic discussions. You’ll be supported by a small, expert team and have the autonomy to guide your portfolio with clarity and assurance, backed by strong internal relationships and shared goals. It’s a role where you’ll see the impact of your work every day—and where your voice really matters. 
 
Ō Wheako, ō Pūkenga | Your Experience 
We’re looking for a strategic relationship leader with experience managing high-value partnerships and guiding cross-functional initiatives. You’ll be assured influencing at all levels and thrive in a collaborative environment. 
 
You’ll bring to the role: 
  • Proven experience managing and growing strategic partnerships 
  • A strategic mindset with a track record of delivering initiatives 
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills 
  • Experience steering in cross-functional settings 
  • Confidence navigating complex priorities and driving outcomes
