The Solutions Engineer will serve as a strategic partner to clients, translating complex healthcare data challenges into actionable insights. This role is a hybrid of business analysis, consulting, and technical solutioning, focused on helping clients maximize the value of Certilytics’ advanced data analytics platform. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large employer groups, health plans, or benefits administrators and a strong understanding of healthcare data, analytics, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities


•    Client Engagement & Solutioning
o    Act as a bridge between clients and internal product & engineering teams, ensuring that client needs are understood and addressed.
o    Collaborate with clients to define, implement, and optimize data-driven solutions for healthcare analytics and benefits management.
o    Provide guidance on how to interpret and apply predictive insights to improve healthcare cost containment, risk stratification, and member outcomes.
•    Data & Analytics Enablement
o    Assist clients in leveraging administrative claims, eligibility, pharmacy, and clinical data within the Certilytics platform.
o    Work closely with data engineers and analysts to validate data, troubleshoot discrepancies, and refine reporting outputs to meet client needs.
o    Ensure seamless integration of Certilytics' solutions into clients' existing data ecosystems.


•    Product Implementation & Support
o    Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and configuration efforts for new client implementations.
o    Conduct hands-on training and support to help clients fully utilize the platform’s capabilities.
o    Monitor solution performance post-implementation and provide recommendations for ongoing optimization.


•    Continuous Improvement & Innovation
o    Identify gaps in current client workflows and propose new solutions or enhancements based on emerging needs.
o    Provide feedback to internal teams on product enhancements and feature requests to improve the user experience.
o    Stay current on healthcare analytics trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.


Required Skills

 

Required Qualifications
•    2-5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, data consulting, or business analysis.
•    Strong knowledge of healthcare claims data, pharmacy benefits, and/or population health analytics.
•    Experience working with large employers, health plans, or benefits administrators is preferred.
•    Familiarity with data warehousing, reporting, and visualization tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
•    Ability to work cross-functionally with data engineers, software developers, and business leaders.


Preferred Skills
•    Experience with predictive analytics and machine learning models in healthcare.
•    Knowledge of risk adjustment, cost containment strategies, and value-based care analytics.
•    Exposure to ETL processes, cloud-based data platforms, and data governance best practices.
•    Experience with SQL, Python, or other analytics tools is a plus.
