Sales Operations Manager

 We are looking for a world-class Sales Operations Manager to develop and maintain our sales operations tools (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, etc.) and serve as the strategic hub for organization, communication, tool management, and strategy for the Business Development team. If you enjoy an exciting and challenging team role supporting different personalities, verticals, and products- this is for you!

In this role you will apply your business insight, analytical skills and creativity while partnering directly with cross-functional teams to drive strategy, growth and business operations. You will be responsible for solving complex operational problems to help our internal teams work more efficiently and effectively. This role will be an individual contributor role with management opportunities as our organization scales.

 

Responsibilities

  • Architecture and maintenance of all third party sales enablement tools
  • Act as the primary liaison between Marketing and Sales for inbound lead qualification
  • Manage sales funnel metrics, reporting, and strategy
  • Manage RFP submissions, working amongst the entire organization to ensure responses are satisfactory with RFP requirements
  • Participate in competitor analysis research with cross-functional teams
  • Research industry news and communicate pain points and trends
  • Assist with the creation of prospect meeting presentations
  • Prepare post-trade show lead lists to rank and prioritize follow-up

Required Skills

Requirements

  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in an internally-facing Sales Operations role
  • Experience and track record of successfully implementing, administering and managing Sales Operations processes and tools
  • Experience coordinating with multiple business functions to complete projects
  • Ability to identify the business needs driving internal requests and translating into solutions for our Sales and Marketing teams
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivator with strong work ethic and the ability to multitask
  • Organized with outstanding attention to detail
  • Previous experience working in ZoomInfo, Salesforce and similar tools a plus
  • Salesforce Admin and Developer Certifications a plus
