The Product Training Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Certilytics Product Training Program by maintaining product documentation, coordinating training sessions with external clients, and providing on-demand support to external and internal users. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about technology and enjoy sharing with others. Candidates should be detail oriented and comfortable with databases.

Overview

The Product Training Analyst will collaborate with the Product Development Team to ensure product documentation is up to date with planned enhancements and upgrades, and be able to speak to these enhancements with clients. This position will inspect client-facing environments, program materials, content delivery and training schedules. The Product Training Analyst will aid in evaluating the Certilytics Product Training Program post-implementation and document any areas for process improvement.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Certilytics product suite and have the ability to convey their value to a variety of end users.
  • Update and maintain client specific training documentation and user/help guides
  • Monitor and test active client environments for outages or specific UX issues
  • Support training and office hour sessions
  • Interview subject matter experts and functional SME's for process flow content and business process content

Required Skills

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Seeking an individual with high energy and motivation wanting to contribute in a small team environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the area of product training, software development, implementation, client support and/or development of technical course content
  • Bachelor degree in relevant area preferred 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – comfortable presenting to groups 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to efficiently work on multiple active projects concurrently and work well both independently and as part of a team, meeting communicated schedules 
  • Ability to maintain good working relationships with internal and external clients
  • Ability to quickly learn new software applications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with eLearning is helpful.
