We are currently looking for a passionate finance professional to become our next Demand Finance Manager. The Cacique Demand Finance Manager will be the key Finance contact responsible for providing the financial expertise and recommendations that enable effective decision-making Demand side of the organization (Sales & Marketing). This person will partner with Field Sales, Marketing and Finance to provide financial leadership and decision support to the Sales, Marketing and Finance functions. They will play a critical role in representing the Sales & Marketing Functions in the review and assessment of monthly/quarterly and annual results, preparation of volume and trade forecasts and the build of Sales Bottom up Plans and the impact to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). They will own the financial analysis and responsibility for Trade Spend initiatives , pricing impacts and customer P/L and cost to serve.

Required Skills
**This position will be hybrid with 4 days in our Irving, TX office**
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as financial lead collaborating with the SVP Sales & Marketing, VP of Sales, Director of Sales Planning, Finance, Marketing and Field Sales
- Manage and align Weekly/Monthly Division Forecast and financial impact
- "Own" the P&L for sales divisions and customers
- Manage and align divisional financial risk & opportunity process
- Model, Analyze and present the financial impact of sales and marketing opportunities
- Engage directly with Sr. Management, Sales, marketing and innovation teams as needed
- Perform and share ROI insights on customer promotional activity & Shopper Marketing programs
- Manage Internal Controls deliverables for Division
- Train & educate division on financial KPIs and ROI
- Analyze and share Divisional financial performance
- Develop customer cost to serve model
- Own all things “pricing”
- Keep Sales & Marketing informed about total company financial performance & how the Division contributed
- Find divisional efficiency opportunities
- Develop and maintain division reporting tools to drive accountability
- Incorporate specific customer and business insights into the company's planning process
- Analyze each brand and segment performance and identify areas for efficiency gains
- Act as key liaison between financial services and divisional sales team
Required Experience
- B.S in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred)
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Experience managing P&L
- Experienced in ROI and Financial analysis
- Experience with syndicated data
- Min 5+ years of CPG Finance experience
- Experience with Trade and Financial Planning Systems
- Cost and manufacturing experience
- Must have strong manufacturing background -Food industry experience preferred
- Must be a hands-on type individual, comfortable with the manufacturing environment.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
