How your role fits into Boldt:
Youth Apprentices will work at Boldt’s construction jobsites or offices, performing a wide range of tasks. Some of the tasks do require training and experience, although most tasks usually require little skill and can be learned quickly. Youth Apprentices typically gain experience by doing jobs under the guidance of experienced workers.

- Exposure to multiple facets of the construction industry
- Loading/unloading equipment and tools
- General labor activities
- Assist with installation of job materials per specifications
- Other yard/shop duties as assigned
- Use hand tools and equipment safely
- Practice craftsmanship and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
