How your role fits into Boldt:

 

Boldt Holdings, LLC, specializes in the acquisition, development and management of healthcare facilities throughout the United States including medical offices and senior housing. Due to recent growth and an increase in client needs, the company is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to assist in evaluating potential development projects, acquisitions and existing portfolios. The analyst position will work directly with our development and asset management teams in the healthcare and senior living sectors.

The position involves working directly with our asset management, development and acquisition teams and is based in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin, although candidates from other locations will also be considered. Travel requirements vary depending upon the location of projects, but the selected candidate should anticipate moderate out of state travel.

The position’s primary responsibilities involve the following disciplines that are the foundation of a real estate investment firm:

 

  • Asset Management – prepare and update Argus models for the company’s existing portfolio of medical office and senior living facilities;
  • Development – work with the development team to assist in the creation of financial offerings to fund real estate projects that support the growth strategies and needs of our clients; Identify and advocate for investment strategies in submarkets that we compete in.
  • Acquisitions – prepare and evaluate financial models and assist with the due diligence / underwriting for the acquisition of senior living portfolios across the United States.

 


Required Experience

What we expect from you:

 

  • Candidates should have a four-year degree in mathematics, data science, statistics, real estate, finance, economics, or other similar training. 
  • One to three years of relevant experience is preferred, although new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical skills and a willingness to work in a team environment are important to be successful in this role.
  • Proficiency with Argus will be necessary but can be learned post-hire. 
  • Most importantly, all candidates must demonstrate a strong desire and aptitude to analyze complex markets and investment portfolios.

 

The position involves working directly with our asset management, development and acquisition teams and is based in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin, although candidates from other locations will also be considered. The position is open to candidates with undergraduate or masters degrees.  The position includes a competitive compensation package, commensurate with experience, and includes salary, annual bonus, successful project delivery bonuses and full benefits.

 

Physical requirements and working conditions:

 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position for up to eight hours. The employee occasionally is required to move to access people or workspaces. Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. The ability to optimally communicate is required. The employee may occasionally move up to 15 pounds.

The working conditions of this position requires the employee to work inside an office environment. The environment for which this position functions may contain scents and fragrances. May be requested to work overtime and weekends.
