Provide assistance and support to the Assistant Director of Housing/Fiscal to maintain records of department expenses. Process purchase orders, pay invoices, and review telephone expense logs. Prepare purchase requisitions, verify price quotes, contact vendors, confirm delivery of items and order office supplies. Maintain filing systems, distribute reports, and perform general office duties. Assist Terrier Card Office staff by working at service counter. Help students with questions about dining plans and Terrier Cards. Process dining plan changes and work at orientation sessions. Update database of convenience Points purchases and related worksheets used in budget submissions and quarterly confirmation processes.


Required Skills

High School Diploma required, Associate's degree preferred and 1-3 years of experience.
