Provide administrative support for METs Enrollment & Student Success office and supervise the main reception area for Metropolitan College. This position will be involved in various aspects of customer service, project management, event management, operations, and communications. Work independently as needed to interact on a daily basis with prospective and current students, the Office of the University Registrar, Enrollment Services, IT and many other BU departments. This position is responsible for providing customer service via phone, email, walk-ins, and live chat for MET Admissions, Graduate Financial Assistance, and Enrollment & Student Success. In addition, this position will create, maintain, and update various databases and University records systems, assist with event planning and supporting project-based initiatives within the department.


Required Skills

Two years of college or equivalent, B.A./B.S. preferred, excellent organization and communication skills, the ability to work with a diverse population, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and 1-3 years of related office experience. This is an in-person position on BUs Charles River Campus with only occasional opportunities for hybrid or remote work.
