The Learning and Event Command Center Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for LAW faculty, staff, and students requesting technology support for learning management systems classrooms, meetings, and events. They ensure all requests and inquiries receive appropriate and timely response and resolution, dispatching student employees and equipment for both planned and unplanned operations and activities.

 

As part of the Academic Media Services Team at the School of Law, this position works as part of a team of 4 to support planned events and requests and serves as the backup for fellow team members on operational, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support needs. We are seeking dedicated and creative team players who are committed to professional growth and skill development. Our staff community gathers regularly for all-hands meetings, book clubs, board game lunches, walking challenges, an annual cookie swap, staff luncheon, and end of year BBQ. Required Skills

Bachelor's degree and one to three years of work experience. Strong customer service orientation, written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development preferred. AV technology experience a plus.
