The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training and internal pay comparison. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
Position Type
The Administrative Assistant will be the face and voice of the Office of Clinical Affairs and provide advanced administrative support to the Office of Clinical Affairs and the depts they oversee. The individual must be able to work independently and exercise initiative, independent judgment and discretion in arranging meetings and maintaining appointment schedules, taking patient concerns, disposing of requests for information and participation in working groups and committees. This individual must be comfortable working in a customer service driven environment interacting with students, faculty, patients, staff including liaising with members of the Office of Clinical Affairs.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience preferred. Must have strong written and communication skills. Must be a self-starter and a proactive individual capable of managing processes; using good judgment and have exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills. The individual must exercise initiative, independent judgment and discretion in this role.
