The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training and internal pay comparison. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Required Skills
- Master’s degree in higher education, business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of eight to ten years of progressive leadership experience in career services, employer relations, partnership development, or corporate engagement, including at least five years in a supervisory role.
- Proven record of developing and executing strategic initiatives, building partnerships, and managing complex teams and projects.
- Demonstrated success in overseeing internship programs and professional opportunities for students from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across a large, decentralized university.
- Commitment to innovation, continuous improvement, and advancing equity and belonging within career education.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends in support of events and employer engagement activities.
- This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule with up to two days of remote work per week, year-round.
