Apply lived experience working in industry to support improved career outcomes for undergraduate business students and MBA students by providing insights into applying for a specific industry and functional role, including how to interview for the role, skills to develop and emphasize with employers, aligning resume and cover letter to the role, networking, and more. Create career development content for undergraduate and MBA students that provides insights into an industry, roles, and relevant skills. Collaborate with faculty to provide industry insights that can inform curriculum development. Our team is looking for 10 Part-time Career Consultants.
Required Skills
B.A./B.S., 8+ years with bachelors. 5-8 yrs with master's degree. Industry or recruiting experience required. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Aptitude for effective career coaching. Proficiency in MS Office. Some weekends and evening work may be required. The requirements for this position may be fulfilled fully remotely. On-campus office space is also available.
