The Boston University School of Social Work (BUSSW) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join the Office of Data and Enrollment Management (ODEM). This position is a vital member of the team, providing essential administrative support to students, alumni, faculty, and staff. Reporting to the Director of Data and Enrollment Management, the Administrative Coordinator will: Respond promptly and professionally to a high volume of email inquiries. Assist with the auditing and maintenance of student records to ensure accuracy and compliance. Process student and alumni verification requests. Support the Schools data reporting and analysis needs. Coordinate key operational processes for incoming students and graduation activities. Maintain and update the ODEM website, creating online forms to ensure information is accurate and accessible.


Required Skills

Required Skills Associates degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an academic or customer service environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with database systems and website content management tools preferred. Preferred Skills Experience in higher education administration. Knowledge of student information systems and academic record-keeping.
