ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, RESIDENCE LIFE, Division of Student Life, Residence Life

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements opportunities for community development, academic and personal growth for students in residence.
• Coordinates all levels of staff training and development and encourages professional development opportunities.
• Coordinates staff recruitment, selection, and evaluation processes.
• Supervises matters related to human resources for represented student employees, including staff disciplinary action and termination.
• Oversees the Faculty-In-Residence program, neighborhood hall councils, and residential curriculum.

Master's degree required with eight years of experience
