The Questrom School of Business is seeking a highly experienced and innovative administrator to serve as the Program Director for our dynamic and growing portfolio of MS programs, including the MS in Finance and the MS in Financial Management and Technology. Reporting to the Senior Associate Dean of Academic Programs and working closely with program Faculty Directors, the Program Director is responsible for designing and managing all aspects of the student experience for these programs, fostering operational excellence, and leading a student-centered, values-driven culture. The Program Director oversees program operations and staff, including Assistant Directors.


Required Skills

  • Master's Degree Required, minimum of 5 -8 years of related experience, with 3 years of management experience. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop staff.
  • Knowledge of the finance field is a plus.
  • Ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to assess and manage outcomes using appropriate metrics.
  • Collaborative management style.
