The Learning & Development Intern will be responsible for supporting, improving and sustaining learning processes consistent with team objectives. Interact with supply chain, manufacturing engineering, manufacturing, and quality functions.

Required Skills

Support Learning & Development courses
Provide creative development for e-learnings
Participate in new hire on-boarding follow-up and surveys
Coordinate content and data migration efforts
Work closely with internal stakeholders on course management

Required Experience

Learning background a plus;
Working knowledge of Microsoft;
Team player, resourceful, curious, open to feedback;
Self-starter, Positive, Energetic;
Sophomore, Junior or Senior currently pursuing a BA/BS
Nice to have: Adobe Captivate, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline multimedia production;
Also nice to have: portfolio to demonstrate graphic design experience (if applicable).
MS Office Suite
Actively enrolled in a 4-year Degree
