Machine Repair 1st Shift Internal Transfer

Machine Repair (Belleville 2 Transfer 1^st Shift - 1 Opening)

To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to: 

• Troubleshoots and repairs machinery & equipment
• Ability to read and troubleshoot using electrical and mechanical schematics
• Install and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers, wiring and electrical/electronic components
• Dismantle defective equipment and install new or repaired parts
• Set-up and operate machine tools such as lathe, mill, grinder, and drill to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs fixtures, and tools
• Operate cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts
• Fabricate and repair table, benches, racks, and other metal structures
• Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other machine parts
• Perform preventative maintenance on machines & equipment

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Electrical machine wiring preferred

·       Blueprint & electrical reading experience required

·       Hydraulics and pneumatics experience required

·       Automotive manufacturing experience required

This Full-Time, hourly role and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Manager.
