Production Operator

·         Support the enterprise’s mission, vision, and values in performance of daily activities.

·         Support plant activities towards achieving customer awards and Quality registration (ex. TS 16949, ISO 14001, TQM, etc.)

·         Operate pneumatic and electronic machine and other sub-assembly operations as required

·         Maintain stock supply (e.g., any parts as required for continuous operation)

·         Meet production efficiencies and maintain quality checks as required

·         Change/switch fixtures as required

·         Housekeeping – contribute to the effort to maintain a clean and safe work environment

·         Wear proper PPE where and when required

·         Learn to and be able to perform 1^st piece checks when required at the work station

·         Process hourly/daily paperwork as required

·         Adherence to all company policies and procedures (ex. Quality Policy Manual, Colleague Handbook, etc.) 

·         Responsible for adhering to all internal and OSHA required safety procedures in performing daily work activities.

·         Other duties as assigned

H/S diploma or GED

Mechanical aptitude

Excellent interpersonal skills

Must be available to work any shift

Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds
